All content, data, models, and derivative works found on FineVoice are generated by the FineVoice Community and should be utilized in accordance with FineVoice's Terms of Service, specially for parody purposes. FineVoice holds no liability for any data uploaded by its users. If you believe your copyrighted content is being infringed, please submit a DMCA request through this link.

Notification of Copyright Infringement

FineVoice complies with 17 U.S.C. §512 and the DMCA. It is our policy to respond to infringement notices and take appropriate actions under the DMCA and other similar laws.

If your copyrighted work has been posted on FineVoice or if links to your copyrighted work show in the search engine results and you want the content to be removed from FineVoice, you must provide a written communication that details the information listed in the following part.

1. Required Information

  • a. Evidence of authorization from the copyright owner, allowing you to act on their behalf regarding the allegedly infringed exclusive right.
  • b. A detailed description of the copyrighted work that you assert has been infringed, including at least one search term that leads to the material within FineVoice's search results.

  • d. A statement confirming the accuracy of the information provided in the notification. Additionally, under penalty of perjury, the complainant must affirm their authority to act on behalf of the owner of the exclusive right allegedly infringed. This statement must be signed by the authorized individual representing the owner of the exclusive right allegedly infringed.

  2. Your contact information (phone number and email address)
  3. A detailed description of the copyrighted work
  4. The URL or other identifying information of the allegedly infringing content
  5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is unauthorized
  6. A statement that the information provided is accurate, and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner

2. Content Removal and Processing

Upon receiving a valid complaint, we will promptly review the content and, if infringement is confirmed, take the following actions:

  • Temporarily remove or permanently delete the infringing content
  • Notify the uploader and provide an avenue for counter-notification
  • Users who believe their content was removed in error may submit a counter-notice, which will be processed in accordance with the DMCA.

3. User Responsibilities

  • Users uploading or sharing content on FineVoice must ensure they own the copyright or have proper authorization
  • Users must not upload infringing content; any legal liability arising from copyright infringement shall be the sole responsibility of the uploader
